Dishwashers adhere to restaurant specifications and standards in operating the dish machine to wash restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and dish stations, kitchen, restrooms, and all other areas of the restaurant. These team members wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment; assist in duties to clean and maintain interior and exterior physical property and fixtures; and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
