Dish Washers at Copper Vine are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of plateware, silverware, utensils, tools, pots and pans.
Your responsibilities may also include:

• Taking out garbage and trash to dumpster area.
• Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking and washing equipment, walls and floors.
• Assembling and breaking down dish machines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Receiving orders, putting them away, following FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Perform minor food preparation tasks.
• Taking out the dirty linen bag.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Ability to organize and place cooking equipment and plateware back where it belongs.
• Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
