Join Our Dynamic Procurement Team as a Procurement Specialist – I!

Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for procurement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're looking for a Procurement Specialist – I to support 70+ dental practitioners across 140+ office locations, ensuring they receive top-tier procurement services.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing our in-house SAVE purchasing system (40,000+ products, 100+ suppliers)
• Help onboard and offboard clients while maintaining user setups
• Collaborate with software developers to enhance procurement tools
• Analyze and optimize pricing, vendor negotiations, and cost-saving opportunities
• Provide financial and analytical reports tailored to each practice
• Collaborate with clients regarding equipment and supply needs for office buildouts and relocations
• Serve as a liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Support procurement operations, including order facilitation, vendor coordination, and issue resolution

What You Bring to the Team:

Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred

Experience: 5+ years in business with strong customer service, research, auditing, and analytical skills

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities

Tech Savvy: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and familiarity with procurement systems

Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player
