OMEX is seeking a hardworking Floor Technician to join our cleaning team. The right candidate, should have at least 5 years of verifiable floor technician experience along with current industry knowledge of various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial and school buildings. Must be available Monday-Friday from 4pm - 10pm and weekends. (Hours Vary). Floor Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop hard surface floors (prep work)
• Striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Moving of furniture
• Lifting of at least 60lbs
• Follow workplace safety standards

• Minimum of 5 years verified experience through references
• Ability to work independent
• Must be able to strip and wax floors
• Top scrub and re-coat floors
• Ability to use carpet extractor and bonnet carpet cleaning
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Physical stamina (Lift up to 60lbs)
• Attention to detail
