Recruiter Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize TekChix recruiting strategies to identify and communicate with top IT talent
• Recruit top IT professionals and match their skills and career goals with clients' hiring needs
• Communicate details of job descriptions to candidates and serve as a liaison between candidates and TekChix account managers
• Maintain relationships with candidates and top IT professionals in regions of interest to create a healthy network for future recruiting efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented to work effectively work with the tight-knit team at TekChix
• Strong work ethic and goal driven to meet recruitment deadlines and thresholds
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Previous experience in staffing, IT, IT sales or IT recruitment preferred
