Position Overview

KPMG is seeking an Experience Quality Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the development, documentation, and tracking of KPIs and metrics to evaluate service and product user experience quality.
2. Establish benchmarks and analyze user experience quality data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Collect and analyze user behavior and its impact on business outcomes to inform benchmarking efforts.
4. Develop remediation and mitigation plans to address gaps and enhance user experience quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality insights into decision-making and manage resources effectively.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of eight years' recent experience in user experience, quality assurance, analytics, or market research, with at least five years in leadership roles.
2. Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, quality assurance, data science, or related field is preferred.
3. Experience working in large enterprise and agile environments is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of user experience principles, data analysis, and trend identification.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
