Job Title: Packaging Sales Executive at NPAworldwide

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
  2. Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Develop relationships with prospective accounts, close opportunities, and maintain growth within existing accounts.
  3. Demonstrate B2B sales expertise, including a sense of urgency in addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
  4. Respond to web leads across the US using video meeting platforms and phone meetings to progress the sales process to closing.
  5. Maintain accurate customer files and deliver samples as necessary.
  6. Foster a positive experience with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling packaging solutions within the industry (OEM or distributor)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service
