The Major Market Sales Executive, Upmarket, identifies potential clients with 250+ employees through prospecting activities. They consult with potential clients to identify Paycor products and services that address their business challenges and sell those solutions within assigned territories. This role requires self-generation of leads via prospecting, telemarketing, CRM management, and networking. The Executive is an expert in large, complex deals, our sales process, and product offerings, responsible for accurate sales forecasting and achieving monthly and annual quotas. They are a self-starter committed to meeting sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
