Key Responsibilities :

• Meet and exceed sales and gross profit targets as outlined by the company.

• Exhibit expertise in B2B sales, with a strong focus on responding to customer inquiries promptly and closing sales efficiently.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and timely delivery of product samples when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in selling packaging solutions, with a background in working for a packaging company, whether OEM or distributor.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously manage sales activities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for effective interaction with team members, suppliers, and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles.
