This role involves partnering with stakeholders to shape and deliver data-driven customer and banker experiences within the marketing technology stack and enabling data platforms. The focus is on retail and small business banking data enablement, advancing retail banking data platforms in Marketing and Sales Enablement. The candidate should have knowledge of banking core systems, CDPs, marketing automation, digital, CRM, and personalization tools. Responsibilities include analyzing, building, and distributing audiences and segments, designing workflows, ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and creating reusable components.Roles and Responsibilities:Partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Brand Strategy teams to define audience, segmentation, and measurement requirements.Build and design models and data processes for audience activation.Test and validate data processes for quality and accuracy.Manage data pipelines for analytics and operations.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sources.Support business functions through relationship management and data quality in CRM and other applications.Adhere to industry privacy and consent regulations.Related Qualities:5+ years in data engineering within marketing environments.Strong communication skills.Customer-focused and innovative.Ability to partner with stakeholders and manage priorities.Critical thinking and decision-making skills.High accuracy and independent work ethic.Stay updated on emerging technologies.Knowledge and Skills:Data Platforms & Tools: CDPs, MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, Alteryx, Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks/Dataiku.CRM & Marketing Automation: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Banking & Financial Services: Retail banking, digital banking, commercial banking, business banking, treasury, wealth management, contact center.About UsFirst Horizon Corporation is a regional financial services company headquartered in Memphis, TN, operating in 12 states.
