A Senior Project Manager is expected to manage a primary project themselves as Project Manager as well as manage, supervise, support and develop at least one other Project Manager (optimally two), ensuring that the Project Manager(s) they are responsible for are performing in line with TMG's expectations and in accordance with TMG's Project Management Playbook.
