Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist event attendees, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Help with event setup, including arranging equipment, placing signage, and completing other assigned tasks.
• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to venue policies.
• Provide information and guidance about the event, facilities, and amenities to guests.
• Direct guests to seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and exits with clarity.
• Address any inquiries, complaints, or issues from guests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
• Engage in crowd management as needed to promote a safe and enjoyable event experience.
• Follow company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by local regulation).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with a diverse audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities for extended periods.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
