Requirements
- 5 years of offshore experience (specifically in the oil & gas industry)
- Knowledge of SAP
- TWIC card
- Ability to travel to Houma, LA
Support offshore warehouse logistics on a production platform. Handle inbound and outbound cargo, inventory control, material staging, and supply chain coordination for offshore operations. Ensure materials and consumables are efficiently stored and delivered at the right time , in the right quantity, and in the right place to support asset preservation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Receive and distribute all inbound maintenance materials, tools, and consumables.
- Track and manage inventory movement across various offshore locations using best-in-class inventory management systems.
- Conduct annual inventory audits and ensure real-time tracking of stock availability.
- Optimize offshore warehouse layout for efficient material flow, space utilization, and compliance with storage requirements.
- Physically load and unload cargo from marine vessels, including return shipments, repair items, and offshore-bound materials.
- Stage and issue all material requests to onshore and offshore operations teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all inbound/outbound material transfers and returns.
- Act as the offshore point of contact for material supply chain questions, issues, and updates.
