As a Porter, you will have the responsibility of...
- Providingmeticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
- Communicatingeffectively with customers and co-workers
- Performingall designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
- Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
