Overview:
Singnala We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of clerical tasks that keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation and records within the office.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative support roles is a plus.
