Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team for temporary period of approximately three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by culinary staff, including prepping ingredients or assembling dishes
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service periods

• Previous experience in restaurant dish washing
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Basic understanding of food handling procedures is advantageous
