Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling daily activities with precision and dedication. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products, as well as preparing outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.¿
