As a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our Associates and Customers. We are looking for talented individuals who are eager to grow their careers with us!

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a secure store environment by monitoring entrances/exits and the sales floor for theft prevention.
• Empower a positive shopping atmosphere by greeting every Customer with eye contact and a friendly smile.
• Work closely with Store Leadership to adhere to Loss Prevention directives and minimize inventory loss.
• Provide exceptional Customer service while educating Associates about shortage prevention.
• Assist in keeping the store organized and the emergency exits clear.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication and recognition of Associates' efforts.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a retail supervisory role or similar experience is preferred.
• Preferred experience in loss prevention or security.
• Active Security Guard License is a plus.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
• Able to lift or lower objects weighing over 25 lbs.
• Regular bending, stooping, or crouching is required.
