Vinyl Press Operator

We're looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and be part of the physical side of music. As a Vinyl Press Operator, you'll run the machines that turn raw material into finished records -real, tangible releases that people collect, play, and obsess over.

This isn't a button-pushing job. It takes focus, mechanical instinct, and a sharp eye for detail. If you care about quality and take pride in making something that lasts, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Run and manage vinyl pressing machines from setup to final product
• Dial in each job—temperature, pressure, timing—so every record comes out right
• Keep a constant eye on the press and catch issues before they become problems
• Inspect finished records for defects like warps, noise, or surface flaws
• Handle routine maintenance and cleaning to keep everything running smoothly
• Troubleshoot on the fly when something's off—no waiting around
• Work closely with the team to hit production targets without sacrificing quality
• Keep logs of runs, machine performance, and any issues that come up
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace (this is a production floor, not a showroom)

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn how to make records!
• Strong mechanical instincts—you can figure things out when they break
• Attention to detail and zero tolerance for sloppy output
• Ability to work fast without cutting corners
• Interest in vinyl records or how they're made (big plus, not required)
• Physically capable—this job involves lifting, moving, and long hours on your feet
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Don't worry if this sounds intense—most people don't walk in knowing how to press records. We'll train you on everything you need to know. If you've got a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn, you can do this.
