Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service
• Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information and assistance
• Enter, update, and maintain customer and service records with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and document management
• Take initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks independently
• Assist with basic accounting, billing, or financial administrative duties as needed
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all customer interactions and office functions
• Support daily office operations and perform additional duties as assigned
