At 1st Lake Properties, we are a dynamic and well established property management company focused on delivering exceptional service and value to our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts receivable functions for residential and commercial properties
• Process rent payments, post transactions, and reconcile accounts
• Monitor delinquencies in line with company policies
• Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with financial audits
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and internal financial regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in property management or real estate
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
