Located in the heart of downtown and steps from the Superdome, our hotel hosts major conventions, events, and travelers from around the world — making our security team essential to delivering peace of mind and exceptional hospitality. What You'll Do

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
• Document and report all security‑related activity accurately and thoroughly
• Assist guests and team members with directions, escorts, and general safety needs
• Monitor surveillance systems and access points to maintain secure operations
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities when necessary
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and fairness
