Seeking full time leasing agent for apartment complex in the Metairie area. Must be able to work on some Saturdays.

Qualifications include excellent communication and social skills, team player, able to work well with others, customer service oriented, able to problem solve and work independently.  Must enjoy dealing with customers and have excellent phone skills.  Dependability a must.

Responsibilities include renting apartments, learning and adhering to company policies and rental qualifications, dealing effectively and accurately with potential applicants as well as existing residents, processing work orders, applications and assisting residents.

Also, helping with operations such as walking apartments on a daily basis, placing orders, issuing maintenance tickets, etc.

This job requires a Valid Driver's License in good standing, insurance and reliable transportation. Clean drug screen and background check.
